Animal Cruelty Incident in Bishop Auckland: Police and RSPCA Investigate

This morning, Bishop Auckland Police assisted the RSPCA with an animal cruelty incident.

A small puppy was seized and a male offender interviewed.

This is an ongoing investigation, but they are happy to report the puppy is safe and well with a vet.
