Kelvyn Palin has been sentenced to 41 months in prison following a series of domestic violence charges, including intentional strangulation and ABH (actual bodily harm) against the mother of his children.
After spending eight months on remand, Palin is expected to serve approximately one more year before release.
His former partner, who had remained silent throughout much of the legal process, has now come forward to publicly share her truth — not for attention, but for closure. In a brave and emotionally charged statement, she recounts a harrowing two-and-a-half-year relationship marred by escalating abuse that began in 2022.
What started as property destruction — including broken doors and TVs — evolved into severe physical assaults, including an incident just ten days after she gave birth to their son.

In the worst instance, she sustained significant facial injuries in September 2023.
In another, she was strangled and threatened with death during a holiday in Morocco.
Despite retracting previous statements in hopes that Palin would change, the violence persisted.
“I forgave and forgave and always believed he would change,” she said. “I became paranoid, toxic, lost my head — I’m not pretending to be an angel. But Kelvyn was not just toxic, he was abusive — physically and mentally.”The tipping point came when, after separating, her home was vandalized.
Footage linked the perpetrator to someone associated with Palin.
That was the final straw.

She reported everything to the authorities, leading to his conviction.Palin pleaded guilty to ABH for an assault in December 2023 where he punched her in the stomach while she was five months pregnant.
He was recently found guilty of intentional strangulation — a charge introduced in UK law to tackle the often-hidden nature of such abuse.
The survivor, now safe in a new home with her children, says she is not seeking sympathy, but understanding.
“I’m done. I’m moving on and I’m happy. My kids are thriving, and we’re safe. That’s what matters.”
She expressed no animosity toward Palin’s new relationship, stating clearly that it is “none of my concern.”
Her decision to speak out publicly is not to relive trauma but to close the chapter.
“There’s a lot I’ll never get justice for, but getting justice for what I can gives me some sort of closure.
